How to Check Your Admission Status
The selection process for the Hilton-CIWA Theological Formation Program is highly structured and results will be communicated primarily through the online Applicant Portal.
Please follow the steps below to securely check your admission status.
Step 1: Access the Official Applicant Portal
Enter Credentials: Your login is determined by your application details:
User ID: Enter your Application Number (starting with
HC****) OR the email address you used during the application process.
Default Password: Enter your Surname (last name) in all lowercase letters.
Step 2: Navigate to the Status Dashboard
Successful Login: Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to your personal Applicant Dashboard.
On your dashboard, look for a prominent Menu or tab labeled "Check Admission Status"
Click on the status indicator to see the official decision letter or current status of your application. If You have been granted admission two Buttons option is present, 1. Print Admission Letter and 2. Login to LMS.
